BBQ and Brainstorm in prep for 4 Mar (Meeting)
This event will be an open BBQ outside my home for Obama supporters and perspective supporters, The intent is to plan an effective strategy in preparation for 4 Mar Primary and Caucus. People are welcome to Bring food, chairs...etc. Grills will be going from 1pm to 3pm. Planning Session, will include How to Caucus, where to meet prior to going into the caucus as a team, The goal will be to have at least 100 people present to caucus on March 4th. Planning session 2pm-3pm. Finally, we want to make sure anyone who needs help getting to the polls, we have a Group ready to assist with rides.
